Raasay Unpeated Rye Cask Na Sia Single Cask #19/353

Part of the Na Sia Single Cask Series, this limited release showcases one of the six individual cask styles that make up Isle of Raasay Distillery's signature Na Sia single malt recipe.

Na Sia, meaning "the six" in Gaelic, is built around six separately matured spirit and cask combinations: peated and unpeated spirit aged in ex-rye whiskey, Chinkapin oak and ex-Bordeaux red wine casks. This innovative six-cask approach was the first of its kind in Scotch whisky, creating the layered character found in Raasay's flagship single malt.

This release was drawn from a single unpeated ex-rye whiskey cask, offering the opportunity to experience one of the six individual building blocks of the Na Sia recipe on its own.
