Palate

Dried ginger, fresh leather, cardamom, toffee, pancakes doused in maple syrup, pumpernickel.

Finish

Jammy, spicy, bold, lengthy.

Details

Ardnamurchan Heritage Barley, Sherry Cask 2026 Release is made using 100% Golden Promise barley and is completely unpeated. Following distillation, the whisky was matured entirely in ex-sherry casks in Ardnamurchan’s dunnage warehouses.

Bottled at natural cask strength, this release is one of a pair of 2026 Heritage Barley expressions, with the other matured entirely in ex-bourbon barrels.
