Nose
The nose opens with tropical fruit salad, alongside honeyed brioche and teasing whisp of soft cheese rind.
Palate
On the palate, coconut cream and apricot mingle with barley sugar and a cooling trace of mint, all wrapped up in a sumptuous, waxy texture.
Finish
A gentle undercurrent of toasted oak and lemon curd carries through the finish, with echoes of candied ginger, and a distant floral lift.

Distilled in 2011 and matured for 14 years, this single malt received a finishing period in a Viognier wine cask before being bottled from cask #308064 as part of this limited series.
