Vibrant, with a tropical fruit carnival balanced by sweet lime panacotta and a twist of salty sea air.
Palate
Chantilly cream and toasted coconut.
Finish
Bursts of vanilla and a lingering peat smoke.

This single cask Bowmore release was selected for the Feis Ile 2018 celebrations.
Distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2017, it comes from ex-bourbon cask #7929 and was produced in a limited outturn of just 212 bottles.
