In the first volume of The Distillers Anthology series, this Bowmore 1996 25 Year Old highlights the influence of Oloroso sherry casks, unlocking layers of sweet and spicy fruit character.
The whisky reflects a nod to tradition, with inspiration drawn from Bowmore’s historic floor maltings, evoking memories of barley turning in the Malt Barns during the 1990s.
