The Tasting Notes
Nose
The nose opens with radiant orchard fruits and crème brûlée, lifted by orange peel and a touch of vanilla.
Palate
On the palate, stone fruits swell, held in check by a firm grip from the silky, viscous spirit.
Finish
Caramelised apple follows, joined by warm ginger and a dusting of nutmeg, before a finish which lingers on spiced apple and gentle oak.

Distilled in France in 1990 and matured for 35 years, this Cognac was aged in a barrique before being bottled from cask #1 as part of this limited series.
