Details
Released exclusively to celebrate Fèis Ìle 2012, this limited edition Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old showcases the distillery's elegant, unpeated style enhanced by the influence of carefully selected sherry casks.
After maturing for 10 years, the whisky was transferred into Amontillado sherry casks chosen by the Master Distiller for a further two years of maturation. This distinctive finish adds layers of creamy sweetness, gentle nuttiness and rich complexity while complementing Bunnahabhain's naturally soft, coastal character.
Created as a special festival bottling, this rare release offers a unique expression of Bunnahabhain and remains highly sought after by collectors and Islay whisky enthusiasts.
