The Tasting Notes
Nose
Waves of demarara sugar and scorched mango, pursued by papaya and charred pineapple. This is followed by waves of bycicle inner tube, softened by honeycomb and smouldering caramel.
Palate
The palate crashes in heavy and unapologetic, with thick rubber, and a riot of barbecued tropical fruits.

Distilled in Trinidad at the legendary Caroni Distillery in 1997, it was matured for 28 years before being bottled from cask #879 as part of this limited series.
