The Tasting Notes

Nose

Salted oat biscuits, candied cashew, preserved lemon, beurre noisette and tiger balm.

Palate

Praline, mandarin, salted caramel, white nectarine, cedar and pink peppercorn.

Finish

Soft tannins, long and complex.

Details

This first-ever Ardnamurchan White Port Cask release is made using 100% unpeated spirit. The whisky was matured in bourbon barrels before being finished in White Port barriques, producing an outturn of 6,800 bottles.

Bottled without chill filtration and with natural colour.
