Details
Batch 3 of Ardbeg's annual Traigh Bhan series was matured with a slightly higher proportion of Oloroso sherry casks, continuing the evolution of this small-batch 19 year old expression.
Named after Islay's famous Singing Sands beach, Traigh Bhan, this release forms part of Ardbeg's ongoing series of aged single malts, with each batch offering its own character while remaining true to the style of the range. Batch 3 was bottled under a full moon and continues the distillery's exploration of longer-aged Ardbeg matured in a combination of American oak and sherry casks.
