The third release in Ardbeg's Twenty Something series, this 22 year old single malt was distilled in 1996 during one of the most challenging periods in the distillery's history.
Matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks, it forms part of a collection created to celebrate the resilience of Ardbeg spirit from an era when the distillery's future was uncertain. The Twenty Something series shines a spotlight on whiskies laid down during these difficult years, showcasing the quality of spirit that survived into the modern age.
