Palate

On the palate, ROBUST PEAT smoke and SMOKY BACON meet creamy VANILLA with the hint of SHERRY CASKS, culminating in a taste of the future, an aftertaste that is NEVER-ENDING.

Details

Released exclusively at the distillery in 2015, this higher-strength version of Ardbeg Perpetuum was created to celebrate the 200th anniversary of Ardbeg Distillery.

Perpetuum combines both old and young Ardbeg whiskies matured in bourbon and sherry casks, bringing together different generations of spirit in a tribute to two centuries of whisky making on Islay. The distillery-only release offers the same concept as the standard bottling, presented at a higher strength for added intensity.

A sought-after anniversary release and a memorable chapter in Ardbeg's bicentenary celebrations.
