This Bunnahabhain Palo Cortado Finish combines Islay single malt with the influence of Palo Cortado sherry cask maturation from Jerez.
Distilled on 16th February 2005 and bottled on 26th April 2018, the whisky was finished in Palo Cortado sherry casks, adding the rich yet delicate character associated with this rare style of sherry.
The cask influence complements Bunnahabhain's subtle smoky and honeyed spirit, bringing layers of sweet fruit, depth and refined sherry character.
